Latitude WMS Version 10.0.117 Release Notes

New: Material Receipt Summary Report
- A new option to print a custom report for each lot document ID was introduced, allowing for unique lot documentation to be printed at the point of receipt and lot startup.
Enhancement: Catch Weights in Order Audit
- The order audit process now supports catch weights. The auditing of orders was also enhanced to give more detail about the item scanned during the audit process, showing item summaries and descriptions while allowing editing of the quantity audited for the identified item. This is done in item scan mode.

Enhancement: Host Specific Lot Numbers
- The system now supports predefined host-specific lot numbers that are imported to Latitude WMS on a return order line.
Enhancement: Enhanced Precartonization Engine
- The precartonization engine has been enhanced to better pack items in predefined box styles. Packing is now performed by stacking of items (instead of layering items), and orientation of placed items is now performed recursively, leading to much better packing optimization.

New: Merging Multiple Inbound ASNs
- A new Latitude Web Wizard has been designed to allow for consolidation of multiple inbound ASNs for a selected vendor. A new ASN will be automatically created based on the selected ASNs to include. The ASN document ID would match the vendor ID, date code, and unique daily index (seconds from midnight). Once consolidated, the original selected ASNs will be automatically closed out. Rest assured, the standard ASN receiving against the newly created consolidated ASN document will behave as normal.
New: Customer Shelf Life Requirements
- Customer and customer item-level shelf life requirements have been added to allow for a percent and month/day duration to be defined in determining remaining shelf life required.
Enhancement: Returned Lot and Serial Numbers
- The system now supports tracking and receiving quantity to trash, quarantine, remnant, and damage for returned lot and serial numbers.

New: Manifesting Blocked by Carrier Cutoff
- We’ve added a new cutoff option on the carrier record that prevents manifesting after a time has been established.
New: Fixed Rate Billing Option
- Users now have the option to define fixed rate billing source company and sales location for any given sales order. This means automatic third-party billing against freight accounts for orders sold from one location but shipped through another location is now permitted.
New: Packing Web Form
- A new web-based packing utility was created to allow placement of items and associated quantity into their final shipping boxes. This packing utility integrates with the Retail Compliance Labeling, allowing for SSCC18 labels to be printed as an outcome of packing.
New: FedEx One Rate Notification
- The Latitude carrier record now lets you adjust a setting to automatically enable a FedEx One Rate notification.
