Eric Allais

President & CEO

As President and CEO, Eric drives strategic objectives that provide sustainable long-term growth and ensure profitability of the company. With 30+ years’ experience in marketing, product management and sector analysis in the automated data collection industry, Eric’s expertise in supply chain and business management lays a solid foundation for the success of PathGuide. Eric joined PathGuide in 1999 after 18 years at Intermec Technologies (now Honeywell). Eric is also a commercial pilot and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University and an M.B.A. from City University of Seattle.

David Allais, PhD
Founder & Chairman

David is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of bar coding and automatic identification. David invented five bar code symbologies, including CODE 39, Interleaved Two of Five (ITF), CODE 11, CODE 93, and CODE 49. Previously serving as President and CEO of Intermec, he built the company from a small startup into the leading manufacturer of bar code and printing equipment. In 1989, David founded PathGuide Technologies, Inc. David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a PhD from Stanford University.

Greg Laycock

Vice President, Research & Development

Greg joined PathGuide in 1994 as a software engineer. During the past 20+ years, he has made enormous contributions to the expansion and development of PathGuide products, as well as overall growth of the company. Greg is responsible for architecture, design, development, and support of PathGuide’s technology platform, including Latitude WMS and Latitude Manifest & Shipping System. As VP of R&D, his leadership role has grown to encompass many areas of PathGuide operations including: software engineering, customer support and project implementations. Greg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Keith La Londe
Vice President, Systems

Keith joined PathGuide in 1997 as a Software Engineer and spent his early years contributing to the design and growth of Latitude WMS. In his many years at PathGuide, Keith has led each major area of the “services” side of the business including Implementations, Software Support, and Customer Training. As Vice President, Systems – Keith works directly with the Sales Team to better understand customer requirements and to further the development of PathGuide products. Keith holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Pelageya (Poulina) Kostenko
Vice President, Finance

Pelageya (Poulina) brings 20+ years’ experience in corporate accounting with a strong background in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and budget control. Since 2007, her career at PathGuide has evolved to include Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Personnel Management, and Project Management. Poulina is responsible for overseeing internal controls and ensuring profitability of the company. She’s been instrumental in contributing to the growth trajectory of PathGuide and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Marc Matthews
Director of Customer Service

Marc has been with PathGuide since 2007, holding various roles from Customer Service Representative to Software Test Engineer. In addition to Marc’s current responsibilities, he oversees PathGuide’s testing environment to ensure consistent delivery of a quality product to new and existing customers. Marc’s education includes Associate-level coursework at Kingsborough Community College and Everett Community College. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in software support and the IT field.

Michael Handewith
Manager of Software Quality & Testing

Michael has been with PathGuide since 2015, holding various roles across several disciplines, from Customer Service Representative to Software Test Engineer. Michael’s current responsibilities include overseeing PathGuide’s testing environment to ensure consistent delivery of a quality product to new and existing customers. He has more than 17 years’ experience working in software support and the IT field.

Kevin Murch
Professional Services Manager

Kevin brings 25+ years of experience in software engineering, project management, and working directly with customers to help solve workflow and process challenges. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and has applied his engineering and leadership skills to a wide variety of industries – from financial planning to food manufacturing, and nearly everything in between. As PathGuide’s Professional Services Manager, Kevin leverages his expertise and thoroughness to support every customer and member of his team which is a testament to his commitment and his conscientious nature.

Rebecca Hagge
Marketing Communications Manager

Rebecca is focused with cultivating business relationships and overseeing communication strategies through content marketing, public relations, social media, and event programs that align and compliment PathGuide’s goals. Her experience working in highly technical environments enables her to deliver the perfect blend of technical content, outreach and inclusiveness for PathGuide events, including the Latitude User Conference. Rebecca’s education includes Associate-level coursework at Idaho State University, as well as training in Sales and Marketing.
