Eric Allais

President & CEO

As president and Chief Executive Officer, Eric drives strategic objectives that provide sustainable long-term growth and ensure profitability of the company. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, product management and sector analysis in the automated data collection industry, Eric's expertise in supply chain and business management lays a solid foundation for the success of PathGuide. Eric joined PathGuide in 1999 after 18 years at Intermec Technologies Corporation (now Honeywell). Eric is also a commercial pilot. Eric holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University and an M.B.A. from City University of Seattle.



David Allais, PhD

Founder & Chairman

David is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of bar coding and automatic identification. David invented five bar code symbologies, including CODE 39, Interleaved Two of Five (ITF), CODE 11, CODE 93, and CODE 49. Previously serving as President and CEO of Intermec, he built the company from a small startup into the leading manufacturer of bar code and printing equipment. In 1989, David founded PathGuide Technologies, Inc. David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a PhD from Stanford University.



Greg Laycock

Vice President, Research & Development

Greg joined PathGuide in 1994 as a software engineer. During the past 20+ years, he has made enormous contributions to the expansion and development of PathGuide products as well as overall growth of the company. Greg is responsible for architecture, design, development, and support of PathGuide Latitude technology platform, including Latitude Warehouse Management and Latitude Manifest (Shipping) Systems. As VP of Engineering, his leadership role has grown to encompass many areas of PathGuide operations including: software engineering, customer support and project implementations, all with a focus on Supply Chain excellence. Greg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Keith La Londe

Vice President, Systems

Keith joined PathGuide in 1997 as a Software Engineer and spent his early years contributing to the design and growth of Latitude WMS. In his many years at PathGuide, Keith has led each major area of the “services” side of the business including Implementations, Software Support, and Customer Training. As Vice President, Systems - Keith works directly with the Sales Team to better understand customer requirements and to further the development PathGuide products. Keith holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.



Poulina Kostenko


Poulina brings 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting with a strong background in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and budget control. Since 2007, her career at PathGuide has evolved to included Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Personnel Management, and Project Management. Poulina is responsible for overseeing internal controls, and ensuring profitability of the company. She has been instrumental in contributing to the growth trajectory of PathGuide. Poulina holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University.

Marc Matthews

Customer Service & Quality Assurance Manager

Marc has been with PathGuide since 2007, holding various roles from Customer Service Representative to Software Test Engineer.  In addition to Marc's current responsibilities, he oversees PathGuide's testing environment to ensure consistent delivery of a quality product to new and existing customers.  Marc's education includes Associate-level coursework at Kingsborough Community College and Everett Community College.  He has more than 20  years’ experience working in software support and the IT field.

Rebecca Hagge

Marketing Communications Manager

As PathGuide’s Marketing Communications Manager, Rebecca is focused with cultivating business relationships and overseeing communication strategies through content marketing, public relations, social media, and event programs that align and compliment the goals of the company. Rebecca's experience working in highly technical environments enables her to deliver the perfect blend of technical content, outreach and inclusiveness for PathGuide's events, including the Latitude User Conference. Rebecca’s education includes Associate-level coursework at Idaho State University, as well as training in Sales and Marketing./p>

Jon Beveridge - Headshot


Jon M. Beveridge, PMP

Implementation and Training Manager

Jon brings over 15 years of inventory and quality control experience, 10 years of network and project administration, and a phenomenal comprehension of driving projects positively forward. He worked his way through school in production and warehouse environments and was able to efficaciously marry those experiences with his technical and project skillsets. Jon has made project management his passion and is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) holder via the Project Management Institute (PMI). Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ), a licensed Washington State Pharmacy Assistant. Jon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
